Engineer - On Sabbatical
Ian McEwen is a professional Engineer with Robert G. McEwen & Associates Ltd. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, at Queen's University.
Ian has personally headed hundreds of projects including forensic investigations; pertaining to fire loss and water loss; structural and mechanical failures analysis; structural and small building design; project management of building construction and environmental remediation.
Ian has presented seminars for the insurance industry on matters related to building component failure, code compliance requirements, expetiditng structural rehabilitation projects, and forensic investigations.
Ian is taking an extended leave of absence to go sailing around the world.
