David Billo, BTech, C.F.E.I., C.V.F.I.

David Billo holds a Bachelor of Technology (Architectural Science) degree from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute (now Toronto Metropolitan University).  David has over 40 years of experience as a technologist and draftsman, working for architects, engineers, and as a self-employed consultant and contractor.  He has been a full time Senior Technologist with McEwen & Associates since 2016, performing site inspections and documentation, and preparing drawings for building permit applications.  David is a Qualified BCIN Designer, as well as a Certified Fire & Explosion Investigator, and Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator.
